To give an accurate quote we will need to know:

• The address?
• Event date and dates you have access to the venue?
• How many people?
• Standing/seated/ceremony/sit-down meal?
• Access (how close can we park a van to where the tent wants to be set up)?
• What surface will the tent be erected on?
• What sort of event you are planning, and any special requirements?
